Syva Health provides health coordination and navigation services. We help clients organise their health history, prepare for appointments, and coordinate between healthcare practitioners. Syva Health is not a medical provider. We do not diagnose, prescribe, treat, or make clinical decisions. All medical decisions remain with your licensed healthcare professionals.
By accessing the Syva Health website or platform, or by using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Nothing within the Syva Health platform, website, or services constitutes medical advice. Syva Health does not employ or act as a medical practitioner. Any information provided through our platform should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the guidance of your doctor or other qualified health professional with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.
As a client, you agree to:
Your health information is private and used only for coordination support. Access is restricted to you and your assigned Syva Health team. You may request correction or deletion of your information at any time by contacting your coordinator or emailing hello@syva.health.
We handle all personal data in accordance with applicable UK data protection law, including the UK GDPR. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
Fees for Syva Health services are agreed upon at the point of engagement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to update pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use of the service after a pricing change constitutes acceptance of the new fees.
Either party may terminate the service relationship with written notice. Upon termination, you may request an export of your health coordination records. Syva Health reserves the right to suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached.
All content, tools, and materials on the Syva Health website and platform are the intellectual property of Syva Health and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Syva Health shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding any claim. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will notify active clients of material changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
